转筒式电涡流缓速器电磁场三维有限元分析

摘    要:运用向量磁位描述了电涡流缓速器三维磁场的分布,建立了转筒式电涡流缓速器完整的三维有限元模型;分析了转筒式电涡流缓速器的磁感应强度分布,并研究了磁动势对磁场分布的影响.利用有限元方法求得的转筒式电涡流缓速器制动力矩与试验值基本吻合,证明了建立的模型和分析方法正确、可行.

Abstract:Magnetic location of vector quantity is used to describe distribution of three-dimensional magnetic field. The whole three-dimensional finite element model is established. The distribution of the intensity of magnetic Induction is analyzed, and the impact of magnetmotive force on distribution of the magnetic field is studied. The brake torque calculated by method of finite element is basically identical compared with the test, which prove that the foundation of the model and the analytical method is correct and feasible.
