摘    要:论述了扭振测试的两种方法,即稳态测试方法和动态测试方法.在扫频分析理论的基础上,提出了扭振实车动态试验的条件和加速时间的要求,建立了试验测试系统,并对某型装甲履带车辆的动力传动系统进行了实车道路测试试验.通过对试验数据的分析处理,得到了车辆发生扭转共振时发动机的转速和谐次,为分析、评价车辆动力传动系统扭转振动的合理性提供了试验方面的依据.

Abstract:Tow methods, steady and dynamic test method, were given in this paper. Based on the theory of swept torsional vibration, the condition of torsional vibration test in real-state and the demand of accelerate time was given, and the test system was set up. And then a real-state test was done on a powertrain of an armor tracklayer. The rotate speed and order which of the vehicle engine in sympathetic vibration from analysis the test result would supply the testing base for analyzing and evaluating the rationality of torsional vibration of vehicle powertrain.
