静电冷却辅助车削Tc10钛合金试验研究

摘    要:在传统的钦合金加工中,由于切削速度低、刀具耐用度低,导致加工效率低,针对上述问题,介绍了利用静电冷却(干式切削的一种)车削Tc10钛合金的方法,在选取静电参数优化、刀具参数优化的寻优目标情况下,讨论静电冷却车削改善环境污染、降低资源消耗,提出解决钛合金加工中的一些问题.

Abstract:In the traditional titanium alloy processing, because both cutting speed and tool life are lower, the cutting efficiency is lower. For those problem, here is introduced turning titanium alloy(Tc10)with the static cooling which is one way of dry cutting. Static cooling can resolve the ills that coolant brings pollution and increase consumption of resource, and the problems in the traditional titanium alloy processing when select the best static parameters and optimizing tool.
