扫描仪光电转换函数的测量及应用

摘    要:光电转换函数体现扫描仪最基本的性能特征,是测量其他性能指标的基础.本文测量了平板扫描仪和平台式扫描仪的光电转换函数.测量数据表明,参与测试的扫描仪存在明显的非线性效应.考虑到扫描仪线性化处理的需要,在基于明度的光电转换函数的基础上得到了两种扫描仪的二次拟合曲线,可用于扫描仪非线性效应的补偿.

Abstract:Opto-Electronic Conversion Functions(OECFs) show the fundamental performance characteristic of scanner and are the bases of measuring the other performance index.In this paper,OECFs were measured for the flatbed scanner and the platform scanner.According to measured data,there was obvious non-linear effect in the two scanners under testing.Two quadratic fitting curves for the flatbed scanner and the platform scanner were obtained with OECFs based on lightness values and can be used in compensating non-linearization effect of the scanners.
