基于混合模式的继电保护整定计算一体化系统

目前电网中实际运行的整定计算系统与定值管理系统通常是相互独立的,它们之间的交互和配合实现得很不充分,导致整定计算工作效率低下,定值数据的一致性也难以保证。在综合比较C/S模式与B/S模式优缺点的基础上,提出了采用C/S模式开发整定计算系统,采用B/S模式开发定值管理系统的继电保护整定计算及定值管理一体化系统解决方案,并对一体化系统的安全机制和实现的关键技术进行了研究。实际应用表明,该系统能很好实现继电保护整定计算与定值管理的闭环运行。

Integrated System of Protection Setting Calculation Based on Hybrid Mode

At present,setting calculation system and setting management system of power system often function separately in practice.The exchange and cooperation of the two systems work not well,which causes inefficiency of setting calculation and inconsistant setting data.By the comparison of C/S model and B/S model,a hybrid mode is implemented in the integrated system,whose setting calculation system is based on C/S model and setting management system is based on B/S model.The key technology for the implementation of the integrated system and its security mechanism are studied as well.It is proved that this system can realize the closed-loop operation of relay protection setting calculation and management.
