| 摘 要： | 对有关竞争力或核心竞争力的研究进程作了简要介绍，分析了最近一些关于竞争力评价的文章的优劣，在此基础上提出一些新的观点。建立了新的评价指标方案集，并用模糊数学进行了分析，为企业提升自身的可重构竞争能力提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly describs studying process of competence or core competence. It analyzed some shortcomings of recent articles about competitive evaluation. It creats a new set of targets and programs, and analyzes them with the fuzzy model which provids basis for competitive reconstruction of enterprises. |
