摘    要:壳聚糖经水解后形成的低分子量壳聚糖具有许多独特的生理活性,近年来已成为甲壳质研究领域中热点。就酶法制备低分子量壳聚糖的方法进行了综述性报道。

Abstract:Chitosan is modified by enzymatic hydrolysis into chitooligosacchrides in with some ineresis ting physiological activities,which have attracted many researchers in chitin science in recent years.Several hydrolases to chitosan and methods were described in this paper.
