| 摘 要： | 简要介绍厦门地区住宅工程质量分户验收制度的建立、实施和完善过程。通过分析分户验收与现行标准、竣工验收的关系,阐述了建立分户验收制度的必要性。针对厦门地区实施住宅工程质量分户验收的情况,重点介绍培训、验收监督及实施中存在的问题,并提出解决这些问题的对策。

| Abstract: | This p aper briefly introduces the process of establishment,implementation and improvement for the rules of separate checking and acceptance of residential buildings in Xiamen area.The construction environment,standards system and pertinent characteristics of residential building industry are analyzed firstly.Then the necessity of establishment for the rules of separate checking and acceptance of residential buildings is expounded,the relationship among separate checking and acceptance,currently effective standards and final acceptance of residential buildings are explained,and the key links of training,acceptance supervision,implementation,etc.are emphasized in this paper.Besides,this paper also points out the problems and corresponding solutions on the implementation and improvement for the rules of separate checking and acceptance of residential buildings. |
