| 摘 要： | 某换热器的换热管束在换上不到1年就发生腐蚀穿孔失效。采用化学成分和宏观、微观形貌检测方法对失效原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,局部碱脆是引起腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。提出了预防换热管失效的建议

| Abstract: | The corrosion and perforation phenomenon of the bundle of heat exchanger tube turned up with using less than a year.The reasons of the failure have been studied by chemical composition analysis and macro-and micro-morphology testing method.The results show that caustic embitterment was the main reason caused corrosion and perforation phenomenon.Provided some proposes to prevent the failure of heat exchange tube. |
