摘    要:以电力营销专业工作的难点为突破口,进行精细化管理的探索与实践。运用营销信息平台,进行数据挖掘和信息共享,优化管理界面和工作流程,把专业管理延伸至县市供电公司和农村供电所,实现管理结构专业化、管理方法制度化、工作方式标准化、员工行为规范化,提升了优质服务水平,扩大了电力市场,获得了预期社会效应。

Abstract:Taking the difficult professional work in the electricity marketing as a breakthrough the power company carries out the exploration and practice of the refined management. By marketing information platform, data mining, information-sharing, the management interface and workflow are realized. Professional management is extended to counties and rural electricity supply companies. All this realizes the management structure specialization, management practices institutionalization, working methods standardization, staff conduct to shape, which improves quality service levels and expands the electricity market, and obtains the desired social effects.
