摘    要:在分析了复摆颚式破碎机的机构运动原理的基础上,提出了应用混合罚函数法及随机方向法,在计算机上进行优化设计,使动颚在一定范围内水平行程尽可能大,垂直行程尽量缩短,以减少齿板磨损和降低机械负荷。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the mechanical motion principle of the jaw crusher with a compound pendulum, this paper proves that the application of mixed penalty function and random approach,helped with an optimized design on computer ,enables the moving jaws to maximize the horizontal stroke and minimize the vertical stroke within a certain scope so as to reduce the toothed plate wear and mechanical load.
