摘    要:为提高异型金属气雾罐气压胀形的成形质量,减少壁厚减薄严重及皱折破裂等成形缺陷,采用数值模拟方法,对比分析T3镀锡钢和3A21铝两种材料对异型气雾罐气压胀形的影响,研究结果为合理选用罐坯材料提供依据。

Abstract:To enhance the quality of the special aerosol pot formed by pneumatic bulging and reduce the forming defects including serious thickness thinning,wrinkling and bursting,numerical simulation method was introduced to compare and analyze the effect of T3 tinned steel and 3A21 aluminum on the pneumatic bulging of the aerosol pot.The results provide the basis to select material for the aerosol pot.
