| 摘 要： | 介绍了在23MVA半密闭式电石炉上，从配送料均匀性、炭素原料配比、超负荷运行等方面进行的工艺改进。焦炭粉末得到合理利用，电石产品在质量指标基本保持不变的情况下，电耗明显下降，降低了成本；同时也达到延长了炉龄，改善了操作环境。

| Abstract: | Innovation on 23 MVA semi- hermetic calcium carbide furnace from even feed, coke material ratio, overload running. Coke powder is reasonably utilized, our calcium carbide product can obviously reduce powder consumption and reduce the cost without much changes on the quality target of the products; meanwhile it can also lengthen the life span of the furnace and improve the operation environments. |
