| 摘 要： | 小波变换克服了传统傅立叶变换的缺点,具有良好的时频局部化性能,从而使得小波理论在图像处理领域得到广泛的应用。实验证明,经过小波变换编解码的图像在实现较高压缩率的情况下能够保证较好的图像质量。

| Abstract: | The method of wavelet transform has avoided the defect of Fourier transform, and the feather of wavelet transform provides itself with the capability of describing part information of signal in the domain of time and frequency, which leads to wide use of wavelet transform theory in the field of image processing .The computer experiment proves that better image quality can be confirmed in the condition of high compressed rate when using this method. |
