红热穿孔坯的偏心矫正修磨

摘    要:在生产大口径厚壁无缝钢管时,在坯料冲孔环节存在内圆和外圆圆心偏离的情况,这种情况在现有加工生产线中无法得到矫正,如果圆心偏离度过大就会对后续钢管的挤压成型造成严重影响。本文针对以上问题提出了一种利用热修磨机恒力加载系统特点来确定偏心修磨区域的修磨方法,并在热修磨工艺中通过更改热修磨设备的控制程序完成了红热穿孔坯的偏心矫正。

Eccentric and Rectificatory Conditioning for Red-Hot Perforated Steel Pipes

Abstract:In the production of large diameter thick-walled seamless steel pipe,sometimes,the center of inner circle and outer circle may deviate when piercing blanks.This situation in the existing processing production line can not get correction.If the center exceeds the right deviation,it will cause serious influence for the follow-up extrusion forming of steel pipe.To solve the eccentric and rectificatory conditioning,this paper proposed to change the control programs of hot grinding device in the hot grinding process,and verified at the production site.
