齿轮耦合影响转子滑动轴承系统稳定性的理论证明

摘    要:从理论上证明齿轮耦合的转子滑动轴承系统的稳定性与转子系统的扭转动力学参数有关,齿轮耦合使系统的失稳转速下降、稳定性裕度降低;由于齿轮耦合,转子的横向振动与扭转振动之间发生能量交换,转子的扭转振动亦受到来自滑动轴承油膜的阻尼作用,从而使转子横向振动受到的轴承油膜阻尼作用减小,导致整个转子系统的失稳转速下降、稳定性降低.

Abstract:Here,it is proven that the stability for lateral vibration of a geared rotor-bearing system is related to its dynanic parameters of torsional vibration,and gear coupling leads to decreasing of its unstable rotating speed threshold and stable margin.Due to gear coupling,the lateral vibration energy of the rotor is exchanged with that of its torsional vibration.Its torsional vibration also shares the action of damping from the fluid film bearings.Thus,the damping effect of the bearings on the lateral vibration of the rotor decreases.So,its unstable rotating speed threshold and stable margin drop down.
