摘    要:提出了一种基于高速斥力开关和双向晶闸管开关的新型混合型限流断路器方案,在研制出3 kA/320 V限流断路器样机基础上,对其在高短路电流上升率时的换流过程进行了分析和试验研究.推导了换流过程的等效电路模型和换流时间的计算公式,并进行了不同电流上升率的限流试验以验证所建模型的正确性.通过减小换流支路电感和减小斥力开关动作延时,样机成功实现了13.6 kA的电流转移(电流上升率为26 A/μs)及限流分断,换流时间仅为100μs.
