厦门广播电视中心空调工程的两项改造

原中央空调系统各用户按比例分摊空调费用，不甚合理，增加了中央空调冷量计量系统，用户按表交费；原设计风冷冷水机组独立于中央空调系统，为提高中央空调机组的能效比，降低独立冷源的维护费用，把风冷冷水机组并入中央空调，这样相当于给风冷机组增加了备份。两项改造总投资3万元，改造效果良好。

Reforms for the air conditioning system of Xiamen Broadcast and Television Centre

Users of the central air conditioning system in the building used to pay the fee on a basis of allocation, which is now considered as unreasonable. Adds a cooling metering system for the users to pay the bill as the meter indicates. In order to increase energy efficiency of the central air conditioning system and decrease its operating costs incorporates the previously separated chillers into the central air conditioning system. The total investment of the reform is RMB30 000 and the effect proves good.
