卷烟机平整器对卷烟质量稳定性的影响

通过对三深三浅平整器和三槽平整器进行对比测试,评价了它们对卷烟物理指标稳定性的影响。结果显示,三深三浅平整器在卷烟物理指标合格率和质量稳定性方面比三槽平整器具有明显优势,使用三深三浅平整器与三槽平整器卷制的样品相比较,吸阻合格率提高了12个百分点,通风率合格率提高了4个百分点,烟支重量变异系数降低了20.7%,烟支吸阻变异系数降低了60.7%。

Influence of Ecreteur Disc in Cigarette Maker On Cigarette Quality Stability

The ecreteur disc with 3 decks was compared with the ecreteur disc with 3 pockets, and their effects on the stability of physical index of cigarette were evaluated. The results showed that in terms of cigarette quality and quality stability, the deck disc was better than the pocket disc. Comparing the cigarette made with pocket disc, the pass rate of draw resistance and ventilation rate of cigarette made with deck disc increased 12 and 4 percentage points, respectively, and variation coefficients of weight and draw resistance dropped 20.7% and 60.7%, respectively.
