| 摘 要： | 介绍了透明聚丙烯(PP)的开发原理和目前的催化剂技术.针对广州石化Hypol PP装置工艺特点,设计了合理的工艺方案,成功开发出了无规共聚PP J833-T产品.可通过适当增加粉料的熔体流动速率(MFR),或使用氢调效果好的外给电子体等方法进一步降低PP J833-T成品的气味.

| Abstract: | The development principle and catalyst technology of transparent PP were introduced.The reasonable process was designed.The random copolymerized PP grade J833-T was developed successfully by the reasonable process scheme aiming at Hypol PP plant.It is suggested that the smell of PP J833-T would be reduced by enhancing MFR of powder and using external donor whose hydrogen modulation is better. |
