摘    要:介绍了基于DS80C390微处理器的新型智能低压断路器控制器的设计.断路器除具有基本的三段保护功能外,还具有对电压、电流、功率因数和断路器分合状态等参数的检测、显示及预报警功能,并运用CAN现场总线技术实现数据、控制信息的远程传输.本设计采用了诸多集成芯片,可减小产品体积,提高可靠性,并缩短产品开发周期和降低成本.

Abstract:The design of intelligent controller in low-voltage circuit breaker based on the microprocessor DS80C390 was introduced in this paper. Besides possessing the essential three sections of protection functions, the intelligent circuit breaker has the functions of measuring and displaying such parameters as voltage, current, power factor and state of circuit breaker as well as function of pre-warning. The data and control information can be remotely transferred by applying the CAN fieldbus technology. Applying integrated chips, small volume, high reliability, low cost and short period of design were achieved.
