| 摘 要： | 巴彦县城镇体系地域空间管治规划体系为“双心、三轴、五片”。支撑空间管治实施的路径为建立规划管理机制、乡镇撤并,强化城乡土地的统一管理与集约利用,以及建立区域经济共同发展机制,进行区域协调管理。

| Abstract: | The spatial management system for regional organization in the town system of Bayan County is a characterized by "two centers,three axes and five districts".The ways to support the implementation of the spatial management include the establishment of the planning management system.cancellation and merging of villages and towns,strengthening the unified management and intensive use of urban and rural land,establishment of system for common development of regional economy and regional coordinated management. |
