| 摘 要： | 针对大多数国产高速并条机牵伸装置采用四上四下附加导向辊、压力棒的双区曲线牵伸形式,详细分析了并条机压力棒的作用,指出了生产中并条机压力棒的最佳位置点,并用试验数据说明了纺制不同品种时,并条机压力棒位置不同可造成成纱质量的差异,应加强工艺试验研究,杜绝纤维变速点后移和分散。

| Abstract: | As to the curvilinear drafting form in two areas with the attached quaternion-up and quaternion-down guiding rollers and weight bars on the most conventional domestic drawing frame,detailed introduction is made to the performance of the weight bars of the drawing frame and the position of the weight bar is optimizaed.Data exemplifies the difference of spinning quality caused by different position of weight bars of drawing frame for variety production.Conclusion is made that process test research reinforced against backward movement and decentralization of shift points of fiber. |
