小分段水平分条胶结充填连续采矿法在曹家洼金矿的应用

摘    要:为了提高曹家洼金矿缓倾斜、中厚矿体的矿块生产能力和安全生产水平,研究提出了小分段水平分条胶结充填连续采矿法。该采矿法将中段再划分为小分段,分段中在矿体厚度上水平分条,不留矿柱,分条作为最小回采单元;分条采毕随即胶结充填。经采用灰色关联法进行综合评价和生产实践表明,小分段水平分条胶结充填连续采矿法具有高效、安全、低"贫损"的特点,收到了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:In order to improve production capacity and safety level of Caojiawa Gold Mine for its moderately inclined medium thick ore body,the paper analyzed and put forward the cemented filling continuous mining method with horizontal slicing subsections.In this method,the middle section is divided into subsections;the subsections then are horizontally sliced within the ore body thickness leaving no ore pillars and the sliced piece acts as the minimum recovery unit which is cemented filled immediately after being mined.Through the comprehensive evaluation with the grey relation method and the production practice,this mining method proves to be efficient,safe and low dilution loss ratio.
