| 摘 要： | 首先讨论了功率放大器前馈线性化方法的基本原理,并用HPADS对一个真实的线性功率放大器进行仿真设计试验,结果表明基本系统对三阶交调有很好的抑制作用.针对此类功率放大器的不足,探讨了一种改进措施,给出了设计原理图,有望在不增加系统复杂性的基础上,显著提高前馈法的效率.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the principle of the feed forward power amplifier is presented and then we use HPADS to simulate a real power amplifier. The results show that the TOI Cancellation Performance is very good. Because of the shortage of this amplifler,we develop a new measurement which can improve the power efficiency remarkably without adding the complexity of the system. |
