急倾斜综采液压支架的研制

摘    要:阐述了研制出最大适应倾角为60°的液压支架,选用采煤机和工作面输送机等配套设备,在绿水洞煤矿平均倾角45.1°,局部最大倾角65°的5654急倾斜煤层工作面进行了走向长壁综采试验,并且试验成功。这项技术成果将有效地解决长期制约煤矿安全生产的急倾斜煤层综合机械化开采难题。

Abstract:This paper describes the development of a maximum angle of 60° to adapt to the hydraulic support,use shearer and face conveyor and other ancillary equipment,the average coal mine in the green water hole inclination 45.1°,the local maximum angle 65° of the 5654 steep seam face had to Longwall test,and successfully tested.The technology will effectively address the long-term outcome of coal mine safety production constraints steep seam mining problem.
