摘    要:本文讨论简单非平衡式制动器优化设计。制功效能因数是个重要因素,故优化设计以制动器的效能因数K_(ef)最大为基础。此方法可决定简单非平衡式制动器结构参数的优化值。制动衬片必须要能承受高温,衬片材料的使用,取决于制动器设计的工作温度。实例中效能因数K_(ef)的增量即为制动器力矩的增量。

Abstract:In this article the optimum design of the Leading-Trailing-Shoe drum brake is discussed. The effect factor of the brake K_(ef) is an important factor, so the optimum design should be carried out on the basis that K_(ef) would be a maximum. By this treatment, it is possible to determine the optimum values for the structural parameters of the Leading-Trailing-Shoe drum brake. Brake lining must be able to withstand high temperatures. The lining material used in a vehicle depends on the temperature at which the brakes are designed to operate. In the example, the optimum design shows that K_(ef) has increased and the specified torque capacity of the brake increased by the same level.
