| 摘 要： | 为了确保广东省电力调度能量管理系统(EMS)的正常运行，广东省电力调度中心与南瑞科技股份有限公司联合开发了一套远动通信规约测试及分析系统。目前该系统已通过部分性能测试，投入正式使用。为此．对该系统的主要界面及性能特点做了介绍，同时结合该系统在实际生产中的应用，对其在基建工程及日常的运行维护中所起的作用做了阐述。

| Abstract: | To ensure the normal operation of the energy management system (EMS)for power dispatching in Guangdong Province,a test and analysis system of telecontrol communication protocols were developed jointly by Guangdong Power Dispatching Center and NARI Technology Co.,Ltd.The system has passed part of the performance test and has been put into regular use.This paper describes the main interface and features of the system,and expatiates on its role in construction engineering and routine operation maintenance in combination with the applications of the system. |
