| 摘 要： | 探讨Tencel棉混纺中细号转杯纱的合理生产工艺。采用条混工艺;开清棉及梳棉工序减少纤维损伤;并条工序适度减少并合道数;转杯纺工序合理设置分梳辊速度和设计捻度,使得Tencel/C 50/50 19.6 tex转杯纱成纱质量得到保证,尤其是成纱强力得到了明显提高。

| Abstract: | Rational production processing of blended medium and fine rotor yarn spun by Tencel cotton fiber was discussed.Sliver blending processing was adopted.In blowing and carding process fiber injury should be reduced.Drawing times should be reduced properly in drawing processing.Combing roller speed and design twist should be set rationally in rotor spinning processing,finally Tencel/C 50/50 19.6 tex yarn quality could be ensured,the yarn strength could be increased particularly. |
