人体胃液的流变性能研究

摘    要:胃液是一种无色而呈酸性反应的液体,它对食物的输送具有重要的影响.本文详细实验研究了胃液的流变性能,获得了胃液的流变模型.实验结果表明,胃液是一种剪切减薄性非牛顿流体.随着剪切速率的增大,胃液的表观粘度迅速下降;但当剪切速率增大到一定程度后,胃液的表观粘度趋近一常数.

Abstract:Gastric juice is a kind of acidic achromaticity fluid. It is very important for food transportation. The viscosity property of gastric juice was investigated and its viscosity model was obtained in this paper. The results obtained indicate that gastric juice is a kind of non-newtonian fluids. Its apparent viscosity decreases with increasing shear rate. When the shear rate is high enough, the apparent viscosity of gastric juice becomes a constant.
