摘    要:在对虚拟环境下的线缆装配规划的特点进行分析的基础上,提出虚拟环境下的线缆离散控制点建模以及虚拟环境下基于离散控制点的线缆装配规划方法。该方法通过对线缆离散控制点的单点、多点控制,可实现对整个线缆的可视化交互操作,能够比较清楚地描述线缆的空间位置、走向和装配路径,同时让规划人员直观地观察线缆与零部件之间的干涉情况,实现线缆的实时空间布置和装配过程仿真,为线缆的装配规划提供了一条有效的途径。目前该线缆装配规划软件系统已经在航天产品的装配工艺设计中得到试用,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of characteristic of cable harness process planning in virtual environment, a discrete control point modeling (DCFM) method of cable harness in virtual environment and the cable harness assembly routing technique based on DCPM are proposed. DCPM converts a cable harness into continuous flexed line segments connected by a series of section center points, and the design can realize cable harness process planning through controlling the control point. This method of cable harness routing in the virtual environment breaks the status that virtual assembly process planning is just suitable for the rigid components at present, and puts the virtual assembly process planning to be more practical. Relation algorithms are verified in the self-developed system named virtual assembly process planning (VAPP) system, and this system has been applied in assembly process planning of aerospace-related products.
