摘    要:建立了连铸坯热送热装热过程二维传热过程数学模型 ,并采用热跟踪测试法现场实测了连铸坯在整个传输过程中的温降规律 ,在验证离线数学模型正确可靠的基础上 ,开发了连铸坯热送热装热过程温降规律的在线控制数学模型。该模型经现场运行结果表明 ,与人工不定期实测相比 ,在线控制数学模型计算出的数据具有连续、准确、快捷等优点 ,实现了连铸坯热状态参数的计算机在线管理。

Abstract:A two dimensional heat transfer mathematical model, which describes the thermal process of slab hot transporting and hot charging, has been developed. The temperature change of slabs in the total transporting process has been tested by the hot tracing method. After verifying the accuracy and feasibility of the off line model, an on line control mathematical model has been developed. The results tested on the site show that results given by the on line model have advantages of continuity, accuracy and quickness. An on line computer management of thermal status parameters of continuous casting slabs has been realized.
