| 摘 要： | 介绍了西钢转炉车间方坯连铸机电气自动控制系统的构成，并论述其ＰＬＣ系统，变频调速系统ＣＲＴ系统的硬件配置和软件编制的特点，该系统配置合理，可靠性高，投产半年连铸比即达到９２％以上。

| Abstract: | The electric automatic control system for billet caster in convert plant of Xilin Iron and Steel Co is introduced in broad outline. It describes the features of the hardware configuration and software design of the PLC system, variable frequency speed control system and CRT system in control system. The system is reasonable of configuration and high reliability. The ratio of continuous casting comes up over 92% in half a year since the system went into operation. |
