摘    要:文章介绍了培训管理创新的重要性和必要性,用科学发展观统领人力资源总体工作,提高人才培养工作的危机意识,树立立足当前,解决长远发展人才需求的思想,将对员工的培训工作视为包钢燃气厂为职工发放的"最大福利"。阐述了领导重视与持续的制度建设成为包钢燃气厂创新实践的坚实保障,介绍了员工培训管理探索创新的主要做法,创新实践取得的成果。

Exploration and Innovation of the Work of Staff Training

Abstract:This article explains the importance and necessity of the innovation of training management, emphasizes using the scientific development concept to guide the overall human resource, keeping high awareness of the crisis of talents training, holding the thought of developing talents based on current and future situations, and considering the staff training as the best welfare for staff of Baotou Steel Gas Plant. This article also states that the sustained system construction which got attention of the leader becomes the solid guarantee for the innovative practice of Baotou steel Gas Plant. At the same time, it introduces the main methods of staff training management in exploration and innovation, and the fruit of innovative practice.
