| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了2#转炉煤气加压站原有风机的运行方式进行的改造,将原来的工频运行方式的缺点和不足进行了描述,将高压变频器的运行原理和特点与工艺相结合,改善了运行工况,保证了输送用户转炉煤气时的可靠性和灵活性,并且节省了大量的电能,在生产中取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reformation of operating mode for no. 2 converter gas compressor station＇ s original fan,and describes the shortcoming and the insufficiency of original operating mode. And this paper modifies the operating mode, ensures the reliability and flexibility of gas transportation for users and saves a lot of power by connecting the operating principle and characteristics of high voltage inverter with high voltage inverter technology. In addition, this new operating mode achieves good result in the production. |
