| 摘 要： | 本文着重介绍了45钢与40Cr钢的焊接特点,焊接工艺的选择,试验条件及所采用的焊接工艺,并对试验结果进行了分析,表明45钢与40Cr钢选择合理的焊接工艺和方法,对焊后的接头性能相当于45钢退火状态下的机械性能,能够用于公司的批量焊接生产。

| Abstract: | In this paper the welding characteristic,welding process,testing condition of 45 and 40Cr steel are introduced.The test result indicates that the welding process and method adopted is appropriate to the welding of dissimilar steels 45 and 40 Cr.The performance of the butt welded joint of these two steels is equivalent to the mechanical properties of 45 steel at annealed state and the welding procedure,can be used for production in batches. |
