摘    要:通过乙烯基树脂混凝土电解槽在镍电解工艺中的应用实例,显示出乙烯基树脂混凝土电解槽在性能、使用寿命、可靠性、生产效率、节电等方面比钢筋混凝土内衬玻璃钢电解槽有明显优势.不但能满足生产需要,还可改善电解槽渗漏、维修频繁的现状,节约电能.

Abstract:The example of applying the vinyl resin concrete electrolytic cell in nickel electrolysis process showed that it had obvious advantages in property, service life, reliability, production efficiency, power saving, etc. compared with glass fiber-reinforced plastic electrolytic cell with reinforcement concrete lining. Not only it can meet the production requirements, but also improve the present status of leakage of electrolytic cell and frequency maintenance, and save the power energy.
