| 摘 要： | 文章以圆盘浇铸机系统为背景,分析了PPROFIBUS的系统组成及其特点,重点研究了圆盘浇铸系统的硬件和软件组成以及PROFIBUS网络主站和从站的组成。采用PROFIBUS技术减少了现场电缆的数量和接线工作量,降低了系统故障率,有效保证了信息传输的及时性和安全性。

| Abstract: | Based on the system of casting machine for Wide and Thick Plate,this article analyzes the system composition and the characteristics of PROFIBUS.It investigates the hardware and software composition of casting machine system in Guixi smelter and the composition of master and slave station in PROFIBUS.The technology of PROFIBUS can reduce the Quantity of electric cable and workload,decrease the failure rate of the system,ensure effective transmission of information timeliness and security. |
