| 摘 要： | 介绍了成品油农村销售网点的需求与现状，指出了成品油农村销售网点管理粗放，在安全、数质量管理等方面存在的问题，提出应加强对农村销售网点的管理，建立网管中心，制定相应的规章制度和通俗易懂的操作流程，改变油品结算方式，采用灵活的经营方式等措施，进一步加强对农村成品油市场的开发。

A Center of Management on Rural Retail Network, regulations and clear procedure are considered to introduce to rural network.
