摘    要:简要介绍了国内外三聚氰胺生产技术的现状及发展趋势。结合实际情况,提出低压法大型三聚氰胺生产装置节能工艺改进思路,并通过工艺计算对其合理性进行验证。计算结果表明:工艺改进后,吨三聚氰胺节煤0.152 t,年碳减排量约10 878 t,节能减排效果较明显。

Abstract:A brief account is given of the present status and development trend of domestic and overseas melamine production technology. In view of the actual situation, thought on improving energy conservation technology is put forward for the large-scale low-pressure melamine production unit, and based on process calculation its reasonableness is tested and verified. The calculation results show that after process improvement 0. 152 t of coal is saved per ton of melamine, about 10 878 t of carbon are decreased in discharge a year, and the results of energy saving and discharge reduction are remarkable.
