解吸水解存在的问题分析及改造措施

摘    要:对比了尿素装置A系统和B系统的解吸水解运行,发现A系统解吸水解运行不正常的原因是水解换热器换热效果不好,导致水解塔进料温度偏低,影响解吸效果。通过采取清洗水解换热器、增设蒸汽管线等措施后,解吸废液中含氨和尿素质量分数分别达到≤10 g/m3和≤5 g/m3,可直接作为锅炉给水。

Abstract:A comparison is made of the desorption-hydrolysis operation in the A system and B system of the urea unit, and it is found that the desorption-hydrolysis in the A system is abnormal, because the heat exchange result is bad in the hydrolysis heat exchanger, leading to the temperature of the hydrolyzer feed to be on the low side, affecting the desorption result. After washing the hydrolysis heat exchanger and adding more steam lines, the ammonia and urea in the desorption waste liquor in mass fraction are≤10 g/m^3 and ≤5 g/m^3 and can be used directly as boiler feed water.
