摘    要:介绍了40 kt/a二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置的工艺流程和工艺特点,分析其设计指标和生产技术考核结果。2000年,对该套装置进行了技术改造,新增中压分解吸收系统,改造后尿素产能达190 t/d;2004年10月,实施了双汽提塔并联改造,吨尿素氨耗降至575 kg,日产尿素达到245 t以上。

Abstract:A presentation is given of the process flow and special features of the 40 kt/a urea unit based on CO2 stripping, and an analysis is made of its design indices and assessment results of the production technology. In 2000 the unit was technologically updated, with the addition of a medium pressure decomposition absorption system, and after the revamp the urea capacity reached 190 t/d. In October 2004 it was renovated by using dual stripper in parallel, the ammonia consumption for a ton of urea dropped to 575 kg, and the daily output of urea reached over 245 t.
