Preparation and Industrial Application of Type XA201-H-1 Reduction State Catalyst

A brief analysis is made of problems of direct reduction of ammonia synthesis catalyst in the ammonia production unit, and a summary is given of the type XA201-H-1 reduction state catalyst, including its characteristics, preparation, loading procedure and points for attention. The actual use of the reduction state catalyst in the ammonia synthesis unit shows that when the catalyst is directly heated to the activation temperature, full load production is possible in a short period, thereby shortening the startup time and saving startup cost, particularly suitable for small quantity replacement of the catalyst.
