生物质型煤燃烧性能的试验研究

摘    要:为研究以炭化生物质和煤泥为原料制备的生物质型煤的燃烧特性,利用马弗炉对生物质型煤进行了燃烧试验研究。结果表明,通风方式和炭化生物质与煤泥的混合比例对生物质型煤燃烧性能的影响要比炉膛温度、燃烧时间和成型压力对其的影响显著。全开炉门时,生物质型煤的燃烧速率最快。仅添加少量的生物质时,生物质型煤的燃烧速率就有明显提高,表明生物质对型煤的燃烧有较好的促进作用。

Abstract:Combustion experiments of bio-briquettes using a muffle furnace were carried out in order to investigate the combustibility of bio-briquettes prepared with carbonized biomass and slime.The results showed that ventilation conditions and the mixing proportion of carbonized biomass have more remarkable impact on the bio-briquette combustion characteristics than the furnace temperature,burning time and forming pressure.The bio-briquette combustion rate has a greatest value when the furnace gate is full-opened.The bio-briquette combustion rate will increase remarkably when a small amount of biomass is added,which indicates a good effect of added biomass on the combustion of briquettes.
