水电站拦污栅锈蚀和堵塞增加水头损失的试验研究

摘    要:以丰满水电站为工程背景,应用水工水力学模型试验方法研究了拦污栅锈蚀程度和堵塞状态与水头损失增量的关系.结果表明:拦污栅栅条锈蚀对水头损失的影响很大,锈蚀后水头损失增量可达原进水口损失的60%;拦污栅堵塞后,其对水流的阻力要比本身锈蚀对水流的阻力大的多,局部水头损失随堵塞率的增加而急剧加大.应用本试验结果对布尔可夫及丘金娜公式进行了修正,建议水电站拦污栅设计水头损失取值3~5m。

Abstract:With the Fengman Hydropower Plant as a background, the relationship of trashrack rust and blockage to head loses was researched by hydraulic modelling. The results obtained have shown that the rust of trashrack has a significant influence on the head loses with an increment value accounting for 60% of the original one. The blockage produces much more resistance to the water current than the rust. Head loses have rapidly developed with increase in rate of blockage. Based on data tested, a head lose value of 3-5m is recommended in this article for designing the future trashracks of hydropower project.
