二级氧化工艺预处理对硝基苯甲酸废水的研究

摘    要:以对硝基苯甲酸废水为处理对象,分别考察了O3/GAC、ClO2/GAC工艺以及二者的组合工艺对有机物的去除效率和改善废水可生化性的效果。结果表明,O3/GAC工艺的最佳O3投量为400mg/L,ClO2/GAC工艺的最佳ClO2投量为300mg/L;单级氧化工艺处理出水的有机物浓度仍较高,不能满足后续生化处理对进水水质的要求;O3/CAC-ClO2/GAC组合工艺的处理效果优于ClO2/GAC-O3/GAC组合工艺,其对COD的去除率可达75%左右,并使BOD5/COD值由原水的0.10升高到0.46,提高了废水的可生化性,减轻了后续生化处理的负荷,是对硝基苯甲酸废水的有效预处理方法。

Abstract:O3/GAC and ClO2/GAC processes as well as their combination process were used to pretreat the paranitrobenzoic acid wastewater, and the organics removal efficiency and biodegradability in one-stage and two-stage oxidation processes were investigated respectively. The results show that the optimal dosages of O3 and ClO2 are 400 mg/L and 300 mg/L respectively. The effluent organic concentration from one-stage oxidation process is still higher, which can not meet the water quality demand of subsequent biochemical treatment. Pollutants removal efficiency of O3/GAC - ClO2/GAC process is better than that of ClO2/GAC -O3/GAC, with the COD removal rate of about 75% and the BOD5/COD ratio increases from 0.10 to 0.46. The wastewater biodegradability is improved greatly, and the loading of subse- quent biochemical treatment is decreased. The two-stage oxidation process of O3/GAC - ClO2/GAC is an effective pretreatment method for paranitrobenzoic acid wastewater.
