摘    要:本文研究工作主要是关于用铬饼制备铬鞣液及其应用.铬饼是废铬屑用酶处理后的副产品,铬饼可以生产环保胶黏液.铬饼含40%~50%的无机固体,这些无机固体中还含有12%~15%的氧化铬.制备的5种不同铬液用于猪皮鞣制,鞣制后的猪皮革进行一系列的化学、物理机械性能(14种参数)的测定,所得结果能够与常规铬鞣液鞣制后的猪皮革相比较.结果表明,制备的鞣液可用于白色革的生产,并且相关的化学、物理机械性能可以与常规的铬鞣液鞣制后的革相媲美.

Abstract:The presented work deals with the application of chrome cake to prepare chrome tanning liquors. Chrome cake is a solid by-product after enzyme treatment of chrome shavings and creates grow-green sticky paste. Chrome cake consists from 40%--50% of inorganic solids, which con-tains 12%-15% of chromic oxide. A total of 5 different chrome liquors were prepared. These were used to tan samples of hides-pigskins. The tanned pigskin leathers were subjected to a series(altogether 14) of chemical and physico-mechanical tests, and results were compared to results of pigskin leather tanned by standard operation chrome liquor. Tanning tests, executed on laborato-ry prove that prepared tanning liquors may be applied to tanning of white-hides. Leathers tanned by means of such liquors are comparable to leathers tanned and produced through usual operating procedures.
