壁面沟槽减阻数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对壁面流动问题,在PHOENICS 3.6软件平台上,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型计算V型沟槽面的湍流边界层速度分布和粘性阻力,研究了不同雷诺数对V型沟槽减阻效果、湍流边界层内的速度分布以及沟槽壁面切应力的影响,结果表明,对于一种尺寸的V型沟槽,存在着一个具有较好减阻效果的来流速度范围,证明了沟槽具有削弱湍流湍动的功能。

Abstract:To study the phenomenon of Newtonian fluid flowing on pipeline wallface,this study calculated the velocity distribution and the viscous drag in turbulent boundary layer over V-groove surface using RNG k-ε turbulent model based on PHOENICS 3.6 software.The effects of V-groove on the drag reduction,the velocity distribution in the turbulent boundary layer and shear stress on groove surface under different Reynolds number were studied.The result indicated that there exist better drag reduction effects of the range of flow and proved that the groove has a function of weakening the Turbulence.
