整体壁板结构纵向连接接头的应力分布研究

摘    要:纵向连接接头是影响机身整体壁板结构的安全疲劳寿命的关键部位,因此本文设计了一种适用于机身整体壁板纵向连接的阶梯状两台阶铆接接头结构。文中应用ANSYS软件建立阶梯状两台阶铆接接头结构的三维非线性有限元模型,进行静强度有限元分析,得到接头结构上的精确应力分布,确定各铆钉孔边危险点处的应力集中系数,对接头结构的疲劳性能分析有着重要的参考基础,为纵向连接接头的设计及综合验证提供科学依据。

Abstract:Since the lap joint is a key part which greatly influences the fatigue life of aircraft structure,a two-stepped riveted lap joint in an integral panel structure is presented,and finite element analysis is performed for it.Firstly,the finite element model of this lap joint is built in ANSYS.Based on the finite element analysis,the accurate stress contour of the two-stepped riveted lap joint structure can be obtained.Therefore,the stress concentration coefficients of critical spots can be calculated for every rivet hold edge,and the fatigue characteristic of the lap joint can be accurately determined according to the stress concentration of critical spot and stress fatigue method.The analysis result demonstrates that the two-stepped riveted lap joint has significant fatigue characteristic.
