锯齿状AlN纳米线的光学性质研究

摘    要:利用共聚焦拉曼光谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和荧光光谱仪对电弧法合成的锯齿状AlN纳米线进行光学性质的表征,研究氮化铝纳米线的缺陷发光机理。结果表明,锯齿状AlN纳米线具有较好的结晶质量和较小的内应力;由于锯齿状纳米线的表面效应和横纵光学振动模式接近,在400~1000cm-1出现宽化的红外吸收带。

Abstract:The optical properties of sawtooth-like AlN nanowires synthesized by arc discharge method were characterized by confocal Raman,Fourier transform infrared and PL spectrometer. The results reveals the sawtooth-like AlN nanowires have a good crystallization and small inner stress and a broad IR absorption band appears at 400 ~ 1000cm- 1due to surface effect and transverse and longitudinal optical vibrate mode. The mechanism of defect luminescence of sawtooth-like AlN nanowires was discussed.
